Your stress can be your weapon of progress if you know how to use it

Stress is a common term in our life. We all experience stress in different ways. Sometimes stress is positive because it makes you alert about your works, motivates you to embrace risks, your deadlines and this stress make happen to complete your task. For example, if your exam is knocking at your door, stress can be so responsive to work hard for your exams and stay awake. But this positiveness of stress is okay till it doesn't cross the limits. When it crossed the limit it starts spreading its negativity which causes us different mentally issues and creates a hindrance to reaching life goals. Stress can attack you both physically and mentally.
Stress management is so important for productivity in the workplace. Because stress is okay till a certain level. But when it crosses its level then the disaster moment of your life gets activated. Now the question is how a person can understand how far the stress level is okay? The answer is when a person is experiencing some symptoms like excessive sweating, chest pain, shortness of breath, depressions, headache and suffocating, that time the person can understand that he/she is under stress and this stress can be the reason for your failure and this failure can turn into massive stress for you. So stress management is important. 
In our life, we have to face a lot of challenges, challenges that can change our life and where there is a challenge there can be noticed stress. Now it's up to that person that does he gonna take the stress importantly or his work. Yes, stress is indeed a choice of your subconscious mind. If you strongly choose your work importantly then no matter how much the stress level has increased, your only focus will be your work. But, there is a but, this strong mentality of handling stress will be possible when you will know how to convert your stress into your focus on work. Now the question is how it can be converted in focus right? For example, suppose you have a presentation tomorrow and you are taking too much stress and thinking about how to avoid the presentation. So here you are focusing on your stress. But when you are stressed but thinking that how can you do better in presentation and start taking preparing of this without caring about the stress, then you are focusing on your goal and you are using your stress as a weapon to do better in it because that time you will do hard work to overcome your fear. The more you convert your stress into your focus on work, the more stress will be a strong weapon for you. Always remember that you won't listen to your subconscious mind. Because listening to your subconscious mind can destroy your goal cause this is the place where your mind subconsciously starts to give priority to stress. So make your stress a weapon by converting it into something productive.
Shantideva said about stress, "If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem cannot be solved worrying will do you no good." This is so true. Taking stress is not a solution rather using stress to solve the problem is a solution. Another author Tina Fey said, "I was a little excited but mostly left. "Blorft" is an adjective I just made up that means 'Completely overwhelmed but proceeding as if everything is fine and reacting to the stress with the torpor of a possum.' I have been left every day for the past seven years." 
So this can be said that everyone faces stress but how to deal with it, it's totally up to that person.
