Mental Health: Mentally fitness is important

 In this pandemic we are facing a common question and that is how to look after your mental health?

Mental health is state of your mind like how are you feeling inside of yours. Now-a-days mental health issues are gradually increasing and also in this pandemic people are facing it a lot. But people don't wanna open up with this topic because they think what will other people think about them and ended up with something so pathetic.

You might feel depressed or overthink or feel inferior but please don't push you back to solve this problems. Taking care of your mental health is not a embarrassing thing. Its your right. Please open up what you are feeling , how you are feeling. Don't think like you are good for nothing. No, please push away this feel. Please don't think what others are thinking about you cause others judgement won't solve your problem. Just do what you want. Do what you love to do. Keep Engage yourself what you like to do. Set a goal and stay active to reach on that. Everyday find yourself in a new way. Start your day by thinking that I will be okay today than yesterday. And the most important thing is stay positive. Lastly I wanna say if you need any professional help just take their help. Don't stop yourself for others judgement. Live your life for yourself. Mind it that  no one will deal your problem. You are the one who have to face it so just listen your mind.

Love yourself cause its the best way to find yourself.
